Thanks to Karen for challenging me to use my watercolor crayons. I am happy with the ethereal feel of my sweet peas. I will definitely create another card with this technique.
Congratulations Holly, on your first challenge for the CAS. I hate glitter...almost as much as playdoh (but that's another story). But I wanted to give it a try to get it more on my word and less on me...of course, I didn't pick a wide word, no, I chose the smallest, thinnest word I could find. Or perhaps the word chose me. Anyway, BEAUTIFUL in a lovely shade of Amethyst
Added the cool sentiment which was made for my glittered beautiful word, so thank you very much, Holly. I still do not glitter, but I am happy with my card!
Celebrate 4 times harder today my friends...sparkle and leap.

I have that stamp (and love it) but have never thought of doing anything other than regular stamping with it and then colouring in the flowers afterwards. I must try it with markers or watercolour crayons - yours turned out so beautifully! You used perfect sweet pea colours! And it looks like a true watercolour painting.

This is beautiful. I'm not a big fan of glitter. Especially after having accidentally rubbed some in my eye once. Not good. But it does look pretty on some cards. I am finding I like it best when there is just a small amount, where the person looking at my card doesn't just say "OH GLITTER" but after looking at it awhile says "Oh, I see there is some glitter." I love how your sweet peas look, and I would say you have the right amount of sparkle on your card because it was what I saw second after looking at the beautiful flowers. Well done my friend!!!
