Barbara is our hostess this week and she has chosen Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz, and for dessert: flowers
I knew I was going to be using a multi-step stamping set, so I used colors in the spectrum that would produce the specific colors in their overall look (sometimes I did it through "stamping off" first, too). I think I have dessert covered this week!
It may be hard to tell but the flowers are actually stamped on a separate piece of cs - just one piece and then that panel of flowers was fussy cut along the top edge and popped up with dimensionals - it has such a cool look IRL, but is hard to see in the photo. So, on the separate piece of cs, I used lots, I mean LOTS, of double and triple step stamping and masking - it was so fun and I LOVE this stamp set! I did go over some of the black stamen in a black marker for more definition. Then I fussy cut the panel and popped it up. Stamped sentiment, added sequins. Will be using this technique again - wish you could see the dimension! You will have to trust me!
Come and join in the challenge - you may be our next favorite!!

Some of those multi-step stamping images can take longer than coloring the items. I know cuz I've been there. ; ) You executed these flowers Beautifully, Maura! Wonderful display of color~

Wow and wow again. Wonderful coloring (kudos to you for your patient masking) and beautifully composed!
