The inspirsation site for today is "Uncommon Goods". This small dish caught my eye with its lovely colors.
Jennifer(mother's daughter) had sent me some unique synthetic paper(Yupo). It is very slick which causes alcohol inks used with a blender solution to move in very intriguing ways. For the highlights, I lifted out some of the ink with a tissue. The center was done with Copics and fine marker. It is the only part that was "drawn"...the petals are just how the inks moved with a little help. : )

Beautiful, Sallie! Come to think of it...I remember buying some of that Yupo ages ago to try & I can't remember where I put it. Love what you did with it.
