CAS342-Punkin Time
I needed a larger pumpkin than I had using my stamps so I searched for a digital image so I could enlarge it. I found a free one at Jane's Doodles. The leaf was hand drawn and cut. I made the the little curly vine by cutting a thin strip of cardstock and curling it up a pencil.
CC548-Who Crushed the Cherries and Pumpkins in my Garden? Colors this week are: Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, and Cherry Cobbler or colors close to those if you don't have those particular colors.
My background was made with Distress Stains and a water mister. I stamped the foliage, colored and cut out the pumpkin. It was popped up with dimensionals. Added a leaf for dessert.

What wonderful autumnal colors, Benzi. Love your coloring. Thank you for your kind words. Yes, things are coming along as well as they can. Not having been a caregiver before caused me stress in the beginning. I now have a totally different understanding of what caregivers experience. It becomes your entire life. But.... John's getting around better than before although he fell face first in the middle of our street today. every day is different, but I'm grateful. God is awesome and I have faith that this will turn out according to His will and not mine. Thanks again for your thoughts and words. Hugs

Wow, LOVE this card! Your background looks amazing & the pumpkin has so much dimension - it literally jumps off the background. Love the little curclicue on the pumpkin stem - that's a really neat idea (might have to steal that one if that's OK?).
