Ally gave us a fantastic sketch today. I was working on my card for tomorrow's challenge, and this card was tossed in the wastebasket. I decided to cut it into the banners, and then it didn't look so bad. Hence a card was rescued, and made into a card. Drew the flower...watercolored...highlighted with white gesso , and added dots with my handle of the paint brush. Added the circle and sentiment. TFL

What a great rescue. Sometimes it is worth leaving the ones we are unsure about sitting around for a day or two in case we get inspired. I love the extra interest of the banners and the flower is lovely.
