Such a fun challenge, we all look for quick reproducible cards, so I am sure that I will be able to find quite a few that I can case in this gallery.
I stamped the main image on the white base with black, and then chalked in the sky. After that I used watercolor pencils to color the cabin and windows. If you will look really close, you can see the smoke from the chimney drifting thru the trees. I tried to add depth to the snow with chalk. I really hope that like this. Thanks so much for looking.....

Awesome! Love this, Vicki! It's amazing what a little touch of colour will do. Your cabin looks so bold and cozy all done up in red which looks awesome against the blue sky and yes, the very dimensional looking flakes of snow. I have a little cabin scene, I really hope it's this one

Ooops. Forgot to thank you for letting me know one of my cards was favorite this week. I know it can take a lot of time to leave everyone comments about their cards, so I thank you for being a major contributor to this site. Volunteers make it happen!

What a scene - I love it and think anyone who receives it would too. Love the depth you've created with minimal colors and the white paint is perfect for the snow.
