Oh, what a gallery to peruse! Vicki, I about got lost. I finally chose this card, because of the wreath, which inspired the round shape, and then I got carried away with the Christmas spirit! Keeping the white theme, and Christmas, I changed it to a round card.
My family loves snow, and I have so many fond memories of my kids growing up. We'd go to the mountains in our small truck, have a camp stove and our own tailgate party with chicken noodle soup, and cocoa. And spend all day zipping downhill! So, that is why this is called Snowman Soup. Thanks for all your sweetness in this place Vicki. You are a huge encourager to every QFTD, FS, the Favs of the Week....everyone! BIG hugs to you girlfriend.
Main image is watercolored and blinged up. Background paper came pre-stitched and reminds me of frost. Love it! (Last piece! Wah....)
Thanks for looking!

Our family lived in north eastern Maine (duty station). One snowy night, thinking that the monthly Pre-school meeting planned (at our home) had been canceled; I changed into my long-johns and robe. Our neighbors across the street (another navy couple) decided to start a snow ball fight. My husband got a snowball ready, and when the door bell rang I was locked and loaded ~ it was the Pre-school President ~ whoops *tehehe* After brushing him off I offered a sugar baby *hahahahaha* What happened next is still urban legend amongst naval personnel ~ seriously. You know you've done a terrific job on a card when it brings back memories for all. This one is darling. I love the fibers that appear to be crystals. It's the cutest!

Pat, are you feelin a lil blue cuz there's no more of that pretty stitched paper? Guess you need to go get some more an be happy again! I simply love this little guy with all his glitter! And did he fall down cuz he went over one of those icy bumpy jumps that one of you kids created on that hill? I remember those things; knocked the breath right outta me more than once! And then I would get right back up and do it all over again.....Silly kids.....Darling Christmas/Winter card for sure!

What an awesomely sweet memory to share of days spent happily with your 2 sons and snowman 'soup' - nothing better than that, except maybe getting to do it with your grandkids all over again!!
This is so sweet as a frosty round (snowball?) card - love the look of utter satisfaction on his face - he looks wonderful with all the glitter and eyelash yarn around the edge - terrific way to honor Vicki for all her support and sharing her artwork with us!! HUGS!
