Congrats to Heather- Queen for the Day! I was very excited to see your name here and know that right now you are at a wonderful concert and will come home to this gallery of tribute to your work. Heather, I was in your gallery for hours, and although I know you to be a kind heart, I learned that you jump in and support all good stamping causes! Your gallery is a delight! I chose your Happy Anni-Verve-sary card. I loved your colors and the way you tied the pull tab. It is just gorgeous!
This is also for the Twisted Sisters challenge to use Roses this week.
Hope your reign as Queen is one that blesses you! Hugs to you sweet friend!
Thanks for looking!

Moosh, moosh, moosh!!! I love this to pieces Pat!!! You punched, you sewed, you chose amazing colours, you threw sweet comments my way! What can I say!!! This is a true "Pat Smethers Work of Heart". You are a Master Card Creator - no doubt about that! And thanks for bringing a friend to the castle with you! That was sweet!
Here it is, nearly the end of my 'reign' ~ and I do promise to relinquish the crown with much less fuss than our dearest Fruitflake stirred up ~ and I am just catching up on comments on the sweet, sweet creations in the QFTD45 gallery. What a wonderful time it has been to see what people have created. And I am blushing at the comments ~ SCS is just full of so many caring and thoughtful crafters!
Now, as to my weekend - it was AWESOME!!! How fitting that I should get to see Casting Crowns on a day when I had just been given the honour of QFTD! Of course, my crown was stuck in Virginia but that's a whole 'nuther story! CC, Paul Baloche, Brian Doersken, Pocket Full of Rocks and the Desperation Band were ALL terrific. And the speakers - so good - Philip Yancey (went to two of his sessions), Kevin Leman, Don Miller and John Eldridge. What a blessing to have been there. Someone said it was like being a given a glass of water through a funnel and trying not to miss a drop. Blessed... I am. Moosh hugs to you!
