So I have been so busy dealing with the dreaded head lice that my youngest daughter brought home from kindergarten that I have had virtually no time to play in my craft room. I have been spending most of my days in the laundry room washing everything, scrubbing furniture, floors and beds and the in the bathroom washing hair. This is my first encounter with this and it is yucky stuff!!
Since I have been so busy, I have had to combine three of this week's challenges.
First is the color combo this week of Real Red, Bermuda Bay, Kraft and Neutral of choice (White). Optional was school notebook paper. Thanks for the fabulous colors again this week Betty!
Second is this week's sketch challenge, thanks Roxie, I loved this one as I usually do!!
Finally is this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge, I have brought apples for Trish LafishÂ’s teachers when she finally returns to school to graduate after being lost at sea.
I hope you like it and I hope your day is much better than mine!!

Bless your heart...these are the things they don't warn you about when you bring that sweet baby home from the hospital!!!! It's no fun now but trust me...you will find the humor in about 20 years...LOL!!! Your card is adorable and just perfect for the three challenges....love those sparkly red apples!!!!

Been there, done that! So happy I don't have to worry with it. Sorry it's still around. You would think by now someone would have figured out a way to eliminate it.
PS Great card!

What a fab end of the year card for a teacher! I'm not sure of what the proper etiquette is here but I think I should say: Good luck getting rid of the lice!

Heather, sorry about the lice problem. That can't be an easy thing to deal with. Your card is fabulous and a wonderful way to combine those challenges. (You'll get past that other challenge at home too - think positive!)
