It was a CAS card and I took it a little further than CAS unintentionally, but I stayed true to the design and feel of Laurie card.
I used different color combo, patterned paper, flower and added pearls given to me in a RAK from Peggy-Sue - Thanks Peggy Sue!! I added some small pieces of ribbon on the left panel and added a small matching pearl in the center of each ribbon. I also trimmed out the borders of my panel with the SU scallop trim border punch.
I just happened upon some gorgeous Prima flowers in my stash that went perfectly with this color scheme and found some fibers to hang down from the flower to the greeting. I also used textured vanilla card stock since I wasn't using an embossing folder or b/g stamp. I used a corner round on the left and ride bottom sides of the card.
That's about it. This went to places, as usual, I never intended. So much for my very CAS card, but it is still in keeping with Laurie's beautiful card.
Thanks so much for taking the time to look and, again, Laurie, CONGRATS on being selected featured stamper today!!

It's a beautiful CASE of a beautiful card, Pam! It's very true to the original but with your own gorgeous 'Pam' style! That flower is wonderful!
(Oh, and I have a message from your British boyfriend - he says 'Happy Valentine's Day, sorry I didn't send a card but I thought your husband may get jealous..'!)

What a beautiful card Pam. I love that panel and the flower and all the pearls and the way you finished off the inside too. I just love it all.
I could spend the rest of the day going through your gallery - now that I've found it - but unfortunately I can't do that so I'm going to pick a few for now to comment on and you can bet I'll be back often - I love your style.

Very cool! Love the "frosty" feel of the card, as well as the very interesting layout. You come up with some of the greatest ideas!

What a fantastic color combo, Pam!! I love that DP--so intricate. And I like that clever way you banded the DP panel three times with your ribbon/pearl treatment. Quite a special birthday card
