For this card, I used the Floral Green Envirosax for my inspiration. I liked all the greens, but I toned mine down a little to give it a more natural look.
These images are from the ISC Sept release, The Tropic. Just a few of the wonderful tropical images on this set.
I stamped the two sizes of framed leaves (they look like Philodendron to me) on ivory c/s using the library green ink and cut out. I attached these w/ foam tape to some forest green c/s and cut around the shapes.
The ivory bg was stamped w/ the text using the soft leaf ink and the sentiment was over stamped using the library green ink. I used a 1/4 inch hole punch down the right side and across the lower left edge. I used a lt sand marker around the edge.
The forest green c/s was spritzed w/ bleach to get the mottled look and then attached under the main panel. The finished ivory card measures 5.5 x 4.25 (A2).
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them

Beautiful. I love the colors and the leaf images. The paper punch really works as an embellishment and such a great touch. I will definitely be trying this out as I love the idea.

What a wonderful card. Definitely a card that is unisex. And I love the mottled look you made using the spritzing bleach on the dp. Love this challenge as well. TFS.
