Hello everyone! I'm so excited to have gotten to play in a couple of challenges today! This is for LSC232, which was to use only a food image AND colors! That was challenging!
It also is for our Twisted Sister Challenge, to case one of Deb's cards. I cased this one:
To make it fit the Flourishes Timeless Tues. challenge FTTC27, I added two metal embellishments in the bottom two corners.
I used the Our Daily Bread Designs set called Give Thanks. I looked at all the inks that were food related and thought there were more in the earth tones than the others so I thought of fall, and that led to this bountiful basket of food!
Here are the colors I used in watercoloring and sponging this image:
Pumpkin Pie, Creamy Caramel, So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Apricot appeal, Cranberry Crisp, Adirondak Latte, Pesto, Butterscotch and Ginger. Whew! I used a Sizzix embossing folder and added a tiny sentiment from The Rubber Stamp Company. I added sticles which you can't see well, and a yummy chocolate ribbon. It is on a chocolate base. I think I kept all the rulz! Thanks so much for looking.

Grace, this is so warm and wonderfully Fall! I love that time of year followed by my most favorite time of year, Christmas. So I love both your card as well as the card you cased, which is so very pretty also. You always have such gorgeous cards and this one is no exception. TFS
