Yeah, yeah. I'm sure you're sick of seeing my cards today, but I just had to play one more time.
I really, really wanted to make another card for the IC and the polka dot challenge. The inspiration image I used earlier kept calling to me. So I used the colors from this image for the Inspiration Challenge: to make another card.
I was mildly surprised and ever so amused when Princessheather called me a Goober earlier this week (which I totally didn't warrant, btw!). Well, I wouldn't be surprised if she called me a Goober for making this card. It is SOOOOO out of my element that it is ridiculous. My 5-year old dog Blue could probably make a better card than this.
None-the-less, I wanted to play with the Cricut some more and make another polka dot card. So be it. Here's another card and maybe I'm a Goober afterall.
The green polka dot dp is from the Baby Girl Nursery mat stack, the ovals were cut on the Cricut as were the lady bug and grass.
Paper: Red, Black, White, Baby Boy Nursery Stack, Certainly Celery, Old Olive
Ink: Versafine black
Accessories: Cricut Expressions Walk in my Garden (ladybug), Storybook (ovals) and Plaintain Schoolbook (grass), white gel pen, red gel pen, CB Swiss Dots, ribbon, SU Scallop Border Punch, googlie eyes

OMG, how stinkin' cute is that?!! ANd your dog is cute and I'm sure very talented but NO WAY he could make a card this good. The colors are so great- very bold and animated. ANd you have dots galore and they work perfectly- not overdone or anything. How could you not love this?? In my faves!

This is SO cute -- I love lady bugs and always say that we don't see nearly as many of them now as we used to ..... I am trying to think of a way to case this with using punches ...... thinking thinking thinking
