well, this one had me racking my brain...your sketch challenges do stretch me, Roxi...however being a 'color outside the lines' kinda of girl...I think that's why I rebel! Hopefully, I am in bounds with this one. Thanks again.
I had to get this new stamp from PaperBag Studios dirty for the challenge today...it was inked with Memento Paris Dusk for the jeans and Adirondack espresso and Memento Rich Cocoa for the shoes and bg. I lightly embossed the shoes. This layout really was difficult for me, I cut squares with the bug and the postage die, using the middle for my squares. Notice they are missing...after trying to make those work...I cleared the counter, trashed my first idea and set about pulling this SC together! I used pieces from Crafty Secrets travel set...inked with the Mementos inks, cut and placed inside the postage leftovers from my first attempt! I stamped the guitar and music note from the Jazzed Up SU set.
The sentiment reads, 'THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS GETTING SOMEWHERE IS TO DECIDE THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE'. Seems like you would need a compass, binoculars, and a guitar to lighten your spirit while you rested, what do you think?

Wow.....coming from a person with big feet...your person must have tiny feet to fit on a card! I love this....how many times have I said how unique and totally creative your cards are! Like this one!

This is so fantastic! I love the way you think outside of the box! My husband just walked in to find me standing up with my held tilted upside down so I could read your sentiment! He just walked away looking very puzzled. Better go asure him that I am not crazy! This is a brilliant card! LOVE it!

WOW! I agree with all the other SCS here- this is an amazing card, Susan. The shoes and jeans look like a picture and your little images are just as wonderful! Neat sentiment too.

This is wonderful! I love your take on the challenge and your super images. Good thing I have a lot of practice reading upside down and backwards. I saw you typed it right side up for regular people, but I've always been a little irregular, lol.
