My card for this week's inspiration challenge was inspired by the Pale Powder Room. I loved the colors, as well as the design elements in the room.
The CHF Pretty Pattern background of the card was inspired by the bedspread design (stamped in Chestnut Roan Chalk ink and clear embossed). I added the CHF Kissable Tree kissed multiple times with a Memory Box Presto Flourish. I didn't mat the tree, since the tree in the room sort of blends into the wall.
For the tiny touch of yellow from the Sunflower, I added a Hero Arts tiny owl stamped on bazzill bling gold cardstock; I colored his eyes with my Ranger White gel pen and attached him with dimensionals.
I finished with a strip punched with my new Stampin' up scallop punch (it's easy to line up the scallops on both sides of the strip by using the ruler on the punch) and a layered SU Tag. I also used this week's Card Positioning Systems Sketch.
