Thanks Biggan and Rox for this sketch today. I love it!
This is me experimenting with Copics again. Man, that is a tough medium for me! I didn't like the shading I got with them, so I used Prismacolor pencils on top a bit in places. Also I colored all around the images with a light seafoam green.
Sponged the edges with a shade of green and a shade of blue Distress ink. I like how it made the main panel match the distressed look of the Basic Grey.
I used a metal ruler to further distress the edges of the panels.
My white gel pen would not unplug, so I ran a small paintbrush along my white Craft Ink pad and highlighted the bubbles with that.

I wasn't too keen on that layout challenge when I saw it, but I love what you've done with it! That octopus is adorable, and I like all the details, especially the bubbles. TFS!
