This card is for todays color challenge, to use soft sky, kraft, and black. This color combo rocks!
I made this is a hurry....going on a day trip on the motorcycle with dh. I aslo needed a sympathy card for the parents of a boy I went to school with. He passed away last week, we are not that old. He was their only son. I used the single flower to represent their son, the sweet flowers in the back ground for all the wonderful times, and a little distressing because of the death. If you know Jesus death is bittersweet! I think this card is a bittersweet.
Maybe I will make another later tonight....luv this color combo.
tfl and I luv reading your comments! *~*

Sorry to hear about your friend's son's passing. This is a beautiful card. Love how you background stamped the flowers- I thought it was Boho Backgrounds- I think I will need to give an attempt to making some pretty background paper like you.

Beautiful work, I love the stamped bg, the distressed side panel and the pretty flower image with brad centre. It is hard when we have to make one of these, but this is wonderful.
p.s. Hope you had a nice ride.

Fabulous and very meaningful card! The parents will surely appreciate the extra love and effort it took to create this memory. You'll have to let me know how you did this distressing thing...it's so cool-looking but I don't know how you do it. Happy cycling! As for me...I'm just recycling. :-)
