Somehow though, I am not quite happy with mine. I think I am having a stampers funk!! Oh dear and it's coming out in my dreary looking card!! I usually use a lot of colours - but what happened here???
Oh well -
used crystal effects on the teapot and and the cup. coloured the teapot and teacup with garnet twinkling H20's - the rest gamsol magic
The bit of bling that I added to the corners cheered me up a little. Actually - my dad passed away of cancer April 11 last year. I'm afraid my bit of a funk has transferred over to my card!!
Maybe if I make a colourful card like I usually do - my funk will disappear... I'll try!
Thanks for looking!

Hey, Deborah....sorry to hear you are a little down! I am sure the loss of you Dad is overwhelming at times like this. The little bear must feel your pain, too, that's why he looks a little sad but I'm sure the tea will perk him up just like your new stamps will lift you spirits! I can't wait to see what you do with the Sweet Kids set!! This card is very pretty with the beautiful coloring and the bling....great polka dot background, too!!

Stampers funk? I don't know what you're talking about...this is a fabulous card! I love the teapot...that just pops out at you! I also love how you did the ribbon, your bow is so pretty

I really like these cute gruffies. You did a great job on your card. The crystal effects makes the tea pot really pop. Sorry about your funk and your being sad. Think of all the good memories and I hope you feel better soon.

Looked high and low and could find no funk on or around your card! This is so adorable, Deborah! Love that cute teddy - the color and shine on the teapot - the bling in the corners! The black and white ribbon is a great touch! Lovely!

Hey Deb, glad you were able to create today. I agree with lots of the comments. There is the somber, but adorable bear and that vibrant contrast in the pot. The two blend and dance and compliment each other--it is a lovely effect. I read a quote the other day that said "all sunshine and no rain only makes a desert". I'm sorry for the rainy feeling, I hope you have lots of "sunshine" memories to draw from.

Are you kidding me! This is beautiful. You are very brave to make this card. I have a deep freight of bears , but this one looks pretty tamed. Love the teapot and the special touch you gave it. TFS

This card is Fabulous!!...it just pops...I love the way you used the crystal effects...that gruffy is just the cutest!!!.
I can relate with you about the funk...even though my Dad passed away many years ago....on the Anniversary of it ...I'm always lost in time for a few days...or maybe I should say memories...but the great thing is ...it always just seems like yesterday he was here. TFS!!
