Single layer of cardstock.
Emboss the heart over the top of the name.
Emboss the sides by turning the plate sideways and inserting it into the CB..placing the plate only far enough onto the paper to make the design you want..
on both side of the paper.
Scor-Pal the lines.
Add the ribbon.
Glue to a folded card.
Trim the card down so that it fits the embossed card front.
My Chinese DIL came yesterday, to her first American Easter Dinner and Easter Basket Hunt, (That's another funny story!) along with her cousin, Mengyuan, who has a Degree in Art History, and after dinner and a lesson with the Magic Colored Pencils, I let them loose in my Stamp Studio, with the Cuttlebug Folders. And did they have a GREAT time! This is one of the things Meng came up with for a design element, using the tapestry folder, the scor-pal and the personalized name on the front. I thought it was so good, I told her I was going to copy it! Thankyou Meng! We had a total blast and for once, the girls outnumbered the BOYS! YES!
I cut the card down a but to fit the size restrictions of the embossing folders from Provo Craft. I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY they do not make them in a full size to fit an A2 size sheet of paper.

Would you mind telling me how you accomplished embossing the heart at the bottom of the page. I'm stumped. Please send me a message at [email protected] and/or [email protected]

Awesome!!!! I just love that embossed heart in the middle and wish I had that folder to use on a wedding card that I need to make tomorrow. Thank you and your daughter in law for the great inspiration.
Your card is truly lovely! I agree, I can't for the life of me understand WHY they would make the CB folders a smidge too small. Surely they realize what most people use them for? Would it really cost that much more to increase each dimension, say, by 1/4 of an inch?
Ooops! I had a question for you about how you embossed the heart in the middle of the card without leaving a line around where the edge of the folder would be. I have tried to do that, only to be left with a ride where the edge of the folder lay. TIA!

I just had to post a comment to say that I agree on the size of the embossing folders. It makes me sort of nuts, because I would just like to make a card and have the embossing go to the edge and since I can't do that, I'm left to reducing the size of the card or matting the embossed piece. Also, beautiful card. TFS.

Beautiful wedding card sample.
I am wondering though - when you cut apart your embossing folders, do you have more than one of the same embossing folders?
