1. I was lucky enough to snag the job of fill-in hostess for Beth this week! What an honor....
2. Since I won't know whether or not Carole won a million bucks until the 23rd and 24th of October, I made her this card.
3. My thinking was that if she did not win...she will still get a million bucks....in the mail....from me.
4. And if she did win, then my instructions to her would be to return the million bucks she got from the show to me and keep the second million that she got in the mail from me for herself! I think that's fair, don't you? (I need more stamps!)
5. I would like to request that everyone write their congressman, senator or any powerful government official they can think of about the color of our currency. It is just flat boring and makes a pretty plain looking card!
Congrats Carole! You so deserve this!

Cindy, you are just so sharp! Your story is fabulous (as usual). It's true, we do need a prettier color combo for our paper money. I'll sign your petition if you start one!
Congrats to Carole on being chosen as FS this week...a well-deserved honor. She's a super talented gal...can't wait to watch her try for the million later this week. Am going to set my DVR to record it, in case I happen to have a *senior moment* and forget to turn it on. Now that you've recently entered the golden years, you'll soon understand.
I'm off to Carole's gallery to try to select the one to case! It'll be a tough choice as she has so many beautiful things there.

And to think I sent you scratch off lottery tickets. You could just print your own counterfeit money, this looks fabulous! And, you made flat boring currency look pretty snazzy!

Cindy, Your card is fabulous. All the elements. the stars and the special date for the show. Bet Carole keeps this card forever. What a perfect match. You and Carole are both such thoughtful people and are a big part of the reason that SCS is such a specal place. Thanks a bunch to both of you.

OK, first, awesome job of guest hosting today...thanks so much...you rock!!
Second, you need to be a little more careful about flaunting the 'counterfeiting operation' as I'm not sure the team can handle the heat!!!!
Third, if you want more colorful money...move to Canada, my friend!!! Hee!
Fourth, even with your rather plainly colored currency, you still know how to put it all together and make a fabulous card for our wonderful and deserving featured stamper!!!

Where did you get the money to make this card is what I'm wanting to know...it is very clever...and I agree we should all move to France where the money is much more colorful and inspiring...but you did the best you could with what you had...a million bucks...that's what this card looks like!!!
