The sky and water were painted with Twinkling H20s. The cloud was a stamp inked in Brilliance Moonlight White (to keep with the sparkling/twinkling coloring). The beach is sandpaper I salvaged from my FIL's woodworking project. The umbrella was bought (pre-painted) from Michael's.
It was lots of fun to make and I hope you enjoy looking at it.
Happy Crafting!

This is great! What are twinkling H20's??? Love the clouds and the sand and the umbrella, too. (I'd love to go to a nice warm beach and sit under that umbrella-I'm so tired of winter!)

Beautiful effect! All I would have added would be a white or vellum torn edge for the waves hitting the sand. This looks really great though - I wish I was there!

Hey Dini ~
Your suggestion about adding a white edge (or torn vellum) to mimic water's edge is great. I will remember that if/when I make another beach scene (I very rarely duplicate a card design but this one could be an exception - it was lots of fun to make).
Thanks for taking time to look at and comment on my card. I appreciate everyone's comments and wanted to take a moment to say so.
