Inspired by JulieHRR's neat daisy card using an oval stamp to create the leaves of the flower...I thought it would work well to use the oval punches to create this sunflower.
I'm loving this BG - I've had it for almost a month and didn't mount it until yesterday...I didn't know what I was missing!
ETA: Thanks for all of your nice compliments on this card...I have to thank JulieHRR again as she was my inspiration. A couple of answers to your questions about this BG...I inked it up the "normal" way (using the classic pad directly on the BG stamp) and then followed up with an inked up sponge directly on the stamp to smooth out any lines left by the pad. It's intended to have a very worn look (hence the name ) so I don't think SU intended for the image to ever be "crisp." HTH!

Your card is beautiful. As soon as I saw that bg stamp, I loved it (but I haven't bought it yet). Another SCStamper said it is hard to use. What do you think? Is it hard to ink?
