Today's colors are beautiful spring colors. I found a painting and used it as my reference photo. We are sending birthday cards out to Tarra for the Teapot challenge. I combined the two challenges. Using the wet-on-wet technique, I did the painting. Love to watch the water work using this technique. TFL

Wow, Linda, your pretty purple and yellow flowers remind me of the wild flowers I got to watch a few weeks ago that looked like they were dancing to the rhythm of the wind that was gently blowing them around. Your painting is so natural and I feel like I am right there in the field with them. Into my favorites. You also helped me recapture that wonderful, peaceful feeling I had as I sat and just enjoyed the serenity that nature brings us.

Beautiful rendition of your inspiration Photo. The layers of color add lots of depth both the stems and blossoms. I like the feeling of movement you achieved - I can almost feel the breezes blowing.
