Today's Tea Party is for Mary, who was recently diagnosed with her second breast cancer after her first 16 years ago. She has finished chemo and has just had proactive preventative surgery. Mary loves plants, especially succulents, so I've attached a hanging planter with some. I used today's Color Challenge palette because I thought they would make it cheerful. I stamped the image and then masked it to add the brocade BG in Daffodial Delight and colored with blending pens and colored pencils. The Daffodil Delight beam served two purposes; one to give the planter something to hang from, but also to cover a smudge!

Such a pretty card!! Love how you used that old background stamp from SU. I have that one and what a wonderful way you used it on this design with these other newer stamps and dies!

I got a text last night from Mary. She asked me to thank everyone for the cards. This is what she said, "Just absolutely amazing! Every one is different -- every one is full of kinds and encouraging words! Thank you! What an amazing gift!
