Robin's F4A Challenge - Just Be Yourself. My favourite style is vintage/shabby chic and I just love colouring these sweet images.
I downloaded this Sweet Nellie image, coloured with copics and also used a white gel pen, and fussy cut. I was keen to use dp - why does the quantity of dp I own never diminish??? - there are 2 dps on this card, both with distressed edges and sponged with distress ink. I added the pearls and sticker sentiment - my DH gave me a book of stickers from Kikki K, this is the first one I have used. When I finished this card I realised it is not as vintage or shabby chic as I normally like to do!

She is just darling and such a fun image to color too, Sue. I agree that shabby chic and vintage are definitely your styles. I also can understand the pile of dp's never seeming to diminish! I have decided to create some envelopes with it so I can use it up quicker, maybe you could give that a try too~

Oh, Sue, this is so very "you" with the darling Sugar Nellie! I LOVE her and love how you've colored her so sweetly. I actually think this is vintage and shabby together and love how the DP works (and, yes, it's amazing how the pile of DP never diminishes - haha!). Truly, I love your sweet card and the wonderful style of "you" that we have come to know and love. So sweet and precious! Hugs and love! xoxo

What a sweet little girl and how lovely she is colored and shaded. She fits right in with that lovely dsp background. Love the watercolor looked to the flower and the mini pearls. Your sticker sentiment is perfect...looks stamped. I just can never seem to get a great look with stickers...I envy you this great look!

oh, do I see a stretching of style here, Sue? I had to linger on your card for a long time to really see all the details. That lil' girl is adorable and I admire your coloring/tinting. A neat lo...the pearls are cool and I love the distressing the edges of that DP. I'm of the same mind about our older DP. Such a precious reminder of appreciating every day!
