This is my card for Cathy's WT693 challenge which you can find HERE.
I grew up beside the sea and really miss it. I got back early on Wednesday morning from two weeks in Greece, where I was able to swim (no surfing) every day in beautiful warm blue waters...
For this card I used the Side Step Card tutorial, and some VERY old bits of 12x12 paper. It's hard to see in the photo, but I used the same sea paper on the centre and back step: the back one is fully covered, the centre one I cut along the curve of the wave and Snoopy is surfing down it. I added the two little beach huts and three seagulls out for a stroll along the sand. The middle one is investigating a shell (IO die, sponged and coated with Glossy Accents), and I added a little sun to brighten things up. The lifebelts are popped up on thin foam.

Oh my, Sabrina!! I LOVE this card and love Snoopy! Hehe! Giggling as I see him surfing the waves! I love your creativity and how the seagulls are strolling along the sand (as they do). I too grew up close to the "shore" (what we called the beach in New Jersey where I grew up). We live closer yet to the beach now, and I love it and love the water. What a fabulous card!! I love it! Hugs! xoxo
