I used a lot of underwater stamps after sponging and watercoloring. I added several die cuts and colored parts with Copics. The scene was splattered with white and black paints. Colored in a sea floor.
I was trying to stamp my octopus in white over the sponging and it took on a light blue color. Part of it was covered with the darker blue. If you're looking for it, it is in the top left corner. :-)

What an incredible card this is Brenda! I might just be speechless (which is rare my friend!). Your glorious underwater bg, all the fabulous die cuts, stamped images and those amazing bubbles truly do look like your inspiration piece. I am impressed beyond words with this incredible card!
