I shook several colors of Brusho onto wet wc paper and then spritzed with more water. I die cut the interlocking circles twice from heavy card stock and layered them, then glued over my water colored panel. I then fussy cut around the outside of the circles and layered onto a piece of designer paper. Added a greeting and a sprinkling of glittery enamel dots. This is for our daughter's birthday tomorrow. This sure is pretty -- I love the colors like this in your bubbles.
