This is for Toni's terrific World Sight Day challenge.
My sweet sistah from anudder mudder, Stamperrobin, introduced me to these beautiful digi images by Aurora Wings. I used the same image last month on a full A4 sheet, this time I printed the image to fit onto a 5"x 7" card.
I just used copy paper, Prismacolour pencils and Zest it. The Zest-it comes in a 3" pot that is filled with a sponge impregnated with blending fluid. It is terrific stuff and best of all you can't spill it. It is also fine to use on copy paper too.
If you are colouring on copy paper, it is best to sit the printed image on a small stack of copy paper or a smooth writing pad. Any surface that has a hint of texture will effect your colouring. Having said that, certain images look great when you have coloured an image that is sitting on a toothy paper pad.
I had a truckload of trouble uploading this card, I see that a few others are too. It was suggested that I clear out my cache.
Isn't that the weirdest term ever "clear out your cache". It sounds like something the doctor would say...hello Mrs Jones, while we are checking out your downstairs lady bits, we will clear out your cache.
Thank you for looking. I hope everyone is having a happy, inky week. The Falliday Fest gallery looks fabulous!!
Edit: I just remembered I did use a a grey Copic (T2) and walnut stain distress ink.

Wowza Miss Susie you have done an incredible job with this darling Digi. Zest it? Oh I have to check it out. I am always worried I will spill my Gamsol. The softness in the colors and darkening around the edge of the card really add great depth to this stunning image. I am going to have to go check out this site...when I have some free time. You and Robin are such enablers. Giggles!!!!

Holy Moly Susie! What a beautiful image and so marvelously colored! I would have never believed colored pencils would have been your choice of medium, it looks more like watercoloring!
Sensational image and mesmerizing with all the intricacies of details and colors including the liquid pearls!

Love this gorgeous lavender lady - she is just so pretty and beautifully coloured. You are a wizard with the colour pencils and copy paper - you must have a very delicate touch. I tend to get a bit heavy handed for the copy paper. Another marvellous Susie creation.
