My love for gardening goes well beyond waves of colorful blooms!! Natural in wild flower meadows, coneflowers are also my favorite in landscaping & gardens.
Thanks to hybridization, coneflowers are available in a vast array of colors and are one of the longest lasting blooms in the world of perennial flowers.
Coneflowers attract pollinators and birds; I love watching butterflies & bees flutter about on these large blooms during summer. I keep these standing during the winter for both interest and as a food source for many birds!
Versatile & highly regarded, I would love to see a National Day for these colorful beauties!!
Coneflowers Leaves are duoprinting, flowers, stems, butterfly are stamped & watercolored, bees are heat embossed on vellum. Sentiment stamped on DP, with die cut frame. Faux ribbon is gold embossed lace pattern on CS, thin gold ribbon adhered on top, card base is Kraft paper.
Thanks for looking!
