I had loads of fun in Canada. Toronto was great, but the boys had the time of their lives in Niagara Falls! I sure did miss you all!
Here is the pin that inspired me today: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/387591111671403098/
It doesn't really seem like a "me" pin, but I was just drawn to the pretty light color in it and it reminded me of the Long-Time Friend basket. I started with the stamped image and sentiment and die cut the stitched rectangle. Then I cut a frame for it. Then I took two pieces of paper and ran some stripes of Antique Linen down them--one vertically and one horizontally. I cut up the stripes and weaved a basket background. I really like how that came out and was kind of sad to cover it up so much.
Now I've got to get to work on all the challenges that I missed!
