Lydia gave us a mix challenge to do loose water colored flowers. My tulips were done petal by petal. Did one petal and let it dry, and went on to the next. They are not as loose as Lydia's video, but I have some bad habits from painting with acrylics, and do brush strokes. Finished with the leaves, and did the banner with a pen and nib using white for the sentiment, and black for the flower stamens . Did a border around the card front. TFL

Linda, this is simply gorgeous. Your water coloring becomes more pronounced and exquisite the more you paint. I'm sorry I'm seeing this now. It's certainly another card of yours I'd have listed in the weeks favorites.

Beautifully done - not letting each bit dry is my worst habit with water colouring! The use of white on the leaves is especially lovely and the black sentiment banner adds a great dash of drama, love it

Love the gorgeous flowers - you are sooo talented! The chalkboard sentiment is the perfect contrast - brilliant idea my friend. Hugz
