This is for a deer loving buddy's birthday. Seeing so many great things with the woodland embossing folder..ordered it in early November. It has been on back order until yesterday . i have to say it was worth the wait. Using a technique that is all over pinterest were you stamp and image on the folder, sponge ink all over, and run it through the big shot. It gives you a cool look...the magic is were the stamp is behind the birch trees. Going a step further...took my water color brushes and did some water coloring. The neat part is the embossed trees with the coloring behind. This folder will be used. Here is a link for the tutorial. http://createwithdee.typepad.com/my-...technique.html TFL

So when are you having classes? I so want to sign up!!! This is soooo wonderful. I love, love, love it!! Hubby would love it. If I had an ounce of your talent, I would shamelessly case this (with your permission of course), but as it is, I would need to do the embossing and send you the card to finish! In love with this one! Hugz

I have never seen anything like this. I'm still trying to take it all in and figure it out. I am definitely going to look at the tutorial. WOW, I love this.

OH MY GOSH!! this is stunning! I had to wait a few months for my folder too, but SO worth the wait..
you have inspired me to get busy and create with it.
I have tried this with other tree embossing folders, they key is to have lots of the negative space between the trees to create you scene.. thanks for the inspiration!! this is pure eye candy!
