For Dina's MIX149 challenge today. I spritzed the Brusho sprays onto my non-stick mat, added a little water and swiped the tags through.
Thanks to Dina's suggestion of using Brusho powders to colour ribbon, I now always wipe my craft mat clean with a length of white binding, and that gave my my coordinating ribbon here.
When the tags were dry, I stamped a script stamp in Chipped Sapphire and the Poinsettia background in Pine Needles, then sponged the edges with dark brown.
The poinsettias and foliage were cut from scraps in my box - one of the foliage is alcohol inks on a shimmer sheet, the other two are polished stone. Two poinsettias are a bandanna background, and the other one is Roses in Winter!! They all blended into the tag a bit too much, so I traced roughly around the edges with a brown marker to add definition.
Bling to finish in the centre of each, sentiments added, and then some chunky EP to finish off.
I think if I could combine my favourite elements from each into one tag, I'd have one I really liked.
