IF you celebrate THANKSGIVING, may it be a Happy and Safe day!
ADDED 11.28 - PENGUIN - The penguin is made in it's entirety with the Stampin Up OWL PUNCH. Got lots of inquiries so thought I'd let you know what Holly used. I didn't have the punch at the time I bought these from her.
My card is for today's WT to "take it easy" by making a card that's easy. I like to make cards with die cuts/layers and IF I was making these by the dozen, I would pre-cut all the pieces and assemble. A gal I know in UT made these adorable pieced penguins. At least three yrs ago, I bought a dz and decided to take out all those I had left and start using them this season.
I used the current SC516 for my sketch.
For last Tuesday's TLC509, Sabrina (Cook22) asked us to layer our die cuts. I cut chipboard words and snowflakes to layer underneath the paper die cut, to raise them up on my card.
I don't know if DCWV still makes the glitter paper I used? Unlike a lot of glitter paper, it has a great textur and is not flat. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture the sparkle in my scan. Same on the stamped snowflakes that are on all the bashful blue, stitched panels. :(
Thank you for looking!
