The WTUI Challenge today was simple - Color Something. The something I colored was the stamp. First I brushed water on w/c paper, then onto the stamp. I then colored with Garden Green & Elegant Eggplant WCW crayons. I've colored my stamps before with markers but never crayons. My paper dried out quickly, so I misted it after stamping. I let that dry then cut my papers. I then cut a nestie scallop rectangle & centered my flower under that. I marked around the scallops with marker. I didn't know I had some 'gunk' on my work space & it transferred to my card, so I added some ribbon. I also tried to erace a streak of chalk on the top. You can still see it, so it is what it is. I think the photo looks a little crooked but it isn't, just the photographer! I punched all the corners. I really like the amount of color when using the crayons.
Thanks for stopping by.

So pretty, Karen! This has always been a classic SU image and you have made it the star of the show here with the gorgeous colors you used on it. The black and white card layers are perfect to highlight the flower.
