For this week's sketch challenge. Oh, this card was great fun to make!
I was blessed to have spent some time, yesterday, with Susan (One4joy), including lunch. I was served a lovely 3-beet salmon salad, which was truly amazing. When I was finished, there remained on my plate, perfectly swirled beet juice. We both pressed our paper napkin closures into the juice (Mine is part of the bottom banner.) and I used an extra napkin to make the bg for the big panel. The napkin was separated from the back ply, xyroned to a piece of scrap cs, and embossed. So- how many of us make art from our lunches?
Of course, it fits for the DD Dirt Cheap theme challenge.

Brenda, first of all this is so stunning and original. Love it. Secondly, I had to chuckle at your story. Only stampers would think to dip their napkins into beet juice on their plates to make a bg for a card

I don't like beets, but I may have to buy some just for the beautiful juice. I love how your card turned out and your story is great. Absolutely stunning.
