For this weekÂ’s CAS challenge, honoring Emily aka stampingout. To CASE Emily (awesome CAS gallery!) I took elements of In Memory Of Beverly-CC402 by stampingout at Splitcoaststampers and Believe-WT360 by stampingout at Splitcoaststampers. Also for JellybeanÂ’s inspiring words hycct challenge and this weekÂ’s ways to use it challenge, a name game, to use a word starting with the same letter as our usernames to build a project. I chose Thanks. IÂ’ve learned that sincere gratitude is the healthiest way to live my life, and thereÂ’s SO MUCH in life for which to be thankful. Even in the yuckies. The apostle Paul directs us Christians to be thankful in ALL things.
Oh, and a trio of tree panels. It's all one stamp image, separated by negative masks.
My username is a combination of tesseract (a geometry concept and an idea from a favorite piece of childrenÂ’s literature) and tessellations (another geometry process, repeating shapes over a surface, like quilting, which is my other addiction), ending with a connection to my alma mater, the University of Oregon. Go Ducks!

This is a wonderfully simple yet stunning design, Brenda. Love it! The image is gorgeous and the deckled edge rectangles make a wonderful mask. Great card! And thanks for the timely reminder of Paul!

Oh Brenda, you inspire me with your words - beautifully said. In all things give thanks for this is God's will concerning you. Your lovely trio of trees is a lovely artistic representation of a sincere and quiet life of thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing your heart with us.

Terrific combined challenge card, Brenda! I got this stamp last yr, used it a lot, love it. What a great idea to split it into panels. Like your soft bkgrd colors.
