Vintage Soul...that is my friend Betsy. She had a birthday 2 weeks ago, and of course I am late! This card has been sitting on the stamp table in various stages for two weeks, full of purpose and absolutely no direction! (Hush NR!) And today, when I saw this card by Julie, our latest FS, I knew it was where Betsy needed to be! Julie, your gallery was so much fun! Your cards are sweet, and lively! I kept your design, and changed the colors & image. Love the photo corners! Betsy is an awesome photographer, and that is what drew me to your card. Hope your reign as FS is full of blessing!
Besty's photo was snagged from the hubby's FB and printed on linen paper, and sponged in chocolate chip. The bg paper was cuttlebugged and stitched.
Betsy, your cookies will be in the oven tonight! (((hugs)))
Thanks for looking!

This has your unique expressive creativity all over it, Sistah!! Knew it was yours right away, with that wonderful stitching and the flower arranging and lace - the seam binding and corners give your card such a vintage photo album look - perfect for Betsy and wonderful for us all to feast our eyes on!! A real masterpiece!!

I missed this beauty, so glad I found it. I need to case this outstanding card. This just sings to me.....can you imagine how much it meant to your friend. You have everything in this card. One of a kind...personal....beautiful elements....rich colors...etc...!!!! This needed some extra time on your table to fuse together to come to perfection.

Oh wow Pat, I am speechless! This vintage looking card is stunning! I love your awesome fancy sewing around the edges, and that gorgeous metal frame. I love the lace and flowers too, but best of all is how personal you made this by putting the focus on Betsy's beautiful photo on linen paper!

Gosh, Pat, this is INCREDIBLE! GORGEOUS photo and on the linen - how awesome. I love all your awesome details and the whole "feel" of your card. If I send you a photo of me in my "cowgirl" outfit with DA MAN, will you make a photo card for me???? It's in da mail! WOW!
