A big congrats to Colleen! What a fab gallery! I noticed several cards she made w/ bands of scallops, but I patterned my card after her CAS Thanks. I kept the basic layout and ribbon on top of the scallops, but I used different images, different colors, put my sentiment on the bg and added a main image.
After stamping the bombsicle, I colored it w/ copics and die uct using a mega oval die and added stickles. The four different papers were die cut w/ lg scallop die, stacked on top of each other and topped w/ a piece of orange satin ribbon. The sentiment was stamped and a few select areas were colored in. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.
Thanks so much for looking! It's on my blog: The Write Stuff

Oh now my mouth is watering for this delicious looking "bomb"-sicle.
What gorgeous papers and layering on the this card. I love the mutli-coloured scalloped oval around the bombsicle too.
