You can imagine my surprise and delight when Trish asked me to be the first guest designer for the QFTD Challenge. That delight became elation when I learned the new queen was to be Jennifer(mother's daughter). I have long admired Jennifer's work and her kind spirit. I consider her a cyber friend here on SCS.
Awhile back she gifted me with one of her incredible stitchery cards. I have it on a bulletin board in my craft area...not to CASE(that would be impossible), but as an inspiration for perfection. (I tend to be a slap-dash stamper). I chose this CARD of hers with it's pink and green colors and floral motif, but I couldn't let her fine stitchery go unnoticed. PTI has a newer set that features floral designs that mimic embroidery, voila!....so hence the title "Faux Jennifer".
The card also qualifies for the F4A Challenge since I used five separate stamps to build the design and sentiment.
Jennifer enjoy your crown and special week....you are SO deserving! I am thrilled for you and honored to be asked to be guest designer for your special honor.

I would certainly never consider you a slap-dash stamper! (but thanks for giving me a word to describe my work!)
This is gorgeous, with lovely images and that wonderful die!
