My good friend, Pat aka Blooms in a Box and I have been enabling each other for quite some time now. She recently caught my attention with a Cottage Cutz set called Rustic Sign & Trees. The first was Y'all Welcome Inn found here: ~Y'all Welcome Inn~ by Blooms in a Box at Splitcoaststampers Then during the Dare to get Dirty event she posted this fantastic Christmas card called Nature's Ornaments found here: ~Nature's Ornaments~ by Blooms in a Box at Splitcoaststampers. (Sorry...if you are not a fan club member you won't be able to see the second photo). Well...... that just did it!!! I knew I had to have it. It wasn't long before she started taunting me that since I had the sign and tree set I would probably have to have the cabin set. Huh???? What cabin set??Oh...and she even sent me a link and told me her honey man Bubba had just purchased it for her. Well..I couldn't be outdone so I just had to have it, too. With that said.....we waited and waited hoping to get them to play with last weekend but we didn't. We got them during the week and knew we would have to wait until the weekend to play with them.
Sooooooooooooo........I challenged Pat to a little "ya'll come now" throwdown and we're heading to the mountain lodge out in the country. It's a long, windy road to and it takes a while to get there 'cause it's snowy and the rough roads are slick with ice. It will definitely be well worth the trip, though!. You can come on in and warm up by the fire. See you there.

You and Pat are quite the pair! Two of my most favorite stampers! Keep on enabling each other because you inspire cards like this beauty! Honestly, I can't believe this card! I am beginning to think you are joshing us and this is really a photograph you took while you were on a skiing holiday trip! Kittie, that is not very nice....you should be more honest with your fellow stampers! This is such an amazing, card! Wowza....its so cozy...If I took a skiing holiday at that lodge, I would not have to ski right? Could I just drink hot chocolate by the fireplace and read a book?!

Kittie this is so amazing. Your work always inspires me, as does Pat's. You and Pat are both so generous with your time and your talent. Thank you so much for everything you do.

OH good heavens, Kittie! This is just OVER THE TOP fabulous! LOVE the wonderful scene you've created! You make the most wonderful snowy landscapes--and if I remember correctly you live in Florida? What's with that!! LOL!! You must buy liquid applique by the drum!
