I made this card for this weeks colour challenge - CC370 - Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive and the desert option is "Spring Blossoms" to use spring flowers - IE: tulips, daffodils etc. I love this colour combination - Thanks Mary
This is also for this weeks Teapot I know it's a bummer, But we gotta give one to the Hummer This week our destination to Palm City, Florida - to Barbara - who will be 85 years young in May and has recently had open heart surgery. We hare sending her some Teapotter love and encouragement.
I stamped the image twice using versafine onyx black ink. Clear embossed image and coloured with Tombow and Stampin Up Markers. Cut out one image with oval spellbinder. I masked the bottome image and sponged Barely Banana around image. Placed the oval spellbinder on top of image and then sponged Pumpkin Pie ink around edges. Cut out the hummingbird and the little mouse and the big flower and popped these up over the bottom image.
I made the Faux Dry embossed panel (yellow panel) - using yesterdays technique challenge. I punched out the little yellow flowers and then the circles. Layered the circles on top of the flowers and glued them to the yellow panel. I really like how this turned out.
This months Fan club theme is "Keep me in Stitches"
Thanks for looking - Hugs..Pat

How adorable! So sweet with the bloom, little mouse, and a hummingbird. Now, that's what I call a precious Spring creation.

Oh, gosh...how adorable and so many wonderful details...I love the stitching (you stitched that oval!), embossing and all the beautiful layers. Thanks so much for taking the time to gift Barbara with this beauty.

Fantastic coloring on your image..love how you did your faux embossing by using a flower and a circle...so clever, and your free form stitching around the edge is awesome!

This is WAY too adorable!! I love that little house mouse holding the flower for the hummingbird. I wait anxiously for those little babies to make it up north here.
