Doors are a particular passion of mine. I find windows and doors very interesting focal points and I often photograph when visiting other places. So with this month’s challenge to “let the sunshine in”, I chose windows and doors.
My intent for Christmas cards some year for our neighbors is to replicate their doors replete with their holiday adornments. There are 20 houses on our street. Maybe IÂ’ll start early for 2013.

What a great design and great idea to replicate your neighbor's doors for Christmas cards! That would be such a special project!

Gorgeous sunset!!! Love your inking and embossing, that window scene is so pretty! Such wonderful details like your chair rail and that fantastic door!! Love your funky vase too!

Girl, this card caught my eye immediately! Love the colors. And that door.....ooooo! The pot and flowers are just right. But....can the door be leading from the living room instead of the laundry room???
Anyway, great job on the sunset. Just a BEAUTIFUL piece of art!
