For my card, a diagonal striped pattern was used...left to right on the bottom layer and right to left on the top layer. The flower image from Layers of Color was colored with copics, cutout, and popped up with foam dots. The sentiment, also from Layers of Color, was tucked under the flower bouquet and the ribbon finishes it off. The colors are kinda blinding but since we are having such an overcast day, I needed to brighten things up!!! TFL!!!
Oh wow, this is gorgeous Joan!! I don't know if I'll get a chance to play today but this is definitely a technique that I'll be using again and again. Thanks for the great inspiration~

Your card REALLY catches the eye, Joan....not only for the beautiful colors you combined for your stripes, but the exquisite way you colored your image. A STUNNING card! Fun challenge today...Thanks!
