This is for today's Free for All challenge to make a tri-fold card - I thought this week's MFT sketch would be perfect for it, so this card opens up from the top with the scallops along the opening edge. I rarely make these, so it was a fun challenge! All edges have been sponged with Ranger Distress inks. I stamped the snowflakes as a bg for the mugs of cocoa. I don't have any tab dies so I used a small Nesties Labels One for a sentiment tab. My card is for a friend who's still really feeling the loss of her Dad at holiday times so I didn't want to send a card that said Merry Christmas.

This is just gorgeous Bridget!! Love the colors you used and that image with that sentiment is so perfect for somebody going through a difficult time at this time of the year! Oh... and I'm so going to try using what you did with the twine with that button... looks gorgeous! A very merry Christmas to you and yours as well!

I just love the way you combine colors and dps, Bridget!! This card is Beautiful!! I'm glad there's a second mug for a friend! I love the snowflake bg you made for the mugs of cocoa, the layout and everything you have done on this card!!
