For today's IC challenge, this Blossom Soft Rose design reminded me of the delicacy of Penny Black's Flying Stars stamp.
As I accidentally left out one card for HYCCT when I was packing them up and mailing them off to MD Anderson last week, I'm making a few more to mail with the escapee next week - so this is for Edna's frilly paper ribbon change. I trust frilly paper lace counts as ribbon!
5 3/4" square base.
Penny Black image stamped on white card with Versafine Black. Then I sponged the background with Spun Sugar, Antique Linen and Tumbled Glass. Then I added Liquid Pearls and painted the leaves with Twinkling H2Os. I added a Woodware sentiment.
Paper lace is tissue paper cut with Dienamics Dizzy Border. I ran some tape along the back of the card and ruffled the lace onto it.

Your coloring is superb, Sabrinna. There's something about your sponging ~ it's done to such perfection it really changes the whole image. Beautiful work.
