The Tea Party took off for Fairport Harbor, OH this Tuesday and I wasn't able to get there on time, so I doubt there are any cookies left...let alone, tea. BUT I couldn't let it go by without making a card for Chip, the husband of Karen(redbugdriver). Karen is one of the sweetest gals here on SCS and her life has NOT been the sweetest lately. My card is late, but my good wishes are sincere and I hope Chip has a speedy recovery and their lives are sunny again.
Gail MacFadden suggested the site of HANDSCAPES GALLERY to Stef for this week's IC challenge. To be honest, I sought something that would work with the Tea Pot Party Challenge for Chip and the "fishing" theme. I found it in the Glass Gallery. THIS GLASS FISH in Scott Young's gallery fit the bill and I went from there.

Sallie,
What an adorable card - love the fish - and I'm guessing it will deliver a smile to Chip! Awesome inspiration piece you selected - and you are right on that as well.

I made cookies fresh today, Sallie - chocolate nut drop cookies, all the taste of brownies in a drop-cookie format, so do have a couple. I was sure this had to be for the tea-party as soon as I saw your funtastic fish combined with the stripes.

Those stripes with that teal paper are drop dead gorgeous! Such a sweet card with those adorably colored fish! Leave it to you to come up with something spectacular.
