Here's my card for Sketch Challenge 343--such a fun one! This also works for the Dirty Dozen Fan Club Central Theme in July 2011, Stars and Stripes (and polka-dots).
I colored the little girl with Copics, sponged all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink, and attached lots of rhinestones. I also popped up the main image with dimensionals. My boy suggested the bow at the top, and I like it.
