My apologies for not getting to comment on all the cards last week - with things going on I just wasn't able to catch up. I've brought two strawberry shortcakes to make amends this week .
CAS is what Cindy said, and I reckoned cheerful colours would be good so I coloured my PB daisies a bright yellow.
I always think that a dry-embossed frame adds a whole lot of oomph to a CAS card, so I started with embossing Lacy Squares in a 5 1/2" square base. Penny Black Lazy Daisies stamped with black Versamark on Bristol Board and coloured with H2Os. I rounded the corners and layered it on a yellow mat. One white button and some ladybird/polka dot ribbon to finish it off, and spares in an envelope for Lindsey.

Oooooo! Pretty, pretty, pretty, my friend! I love the embossed frame (I must try that myself one of these days), and the sweet button/ribbon corner treatment.

I do love those cheerful colors. The ladybirds are so sweet and your coordinating ribbon is perfect. Gotta try that dry embossed frame. It really does add so much to the CAS formula. Your cards always make me smile.
